Yes, it is possible to leave the Park temporarily and return on the same day.
Before leaving, please ask a staff member at the entrance gates for a special identification wristband, which will allow you to re-enter the Park later the same day.
You must also keep your entry ticket, as it will be required upon return.
Gift tickets may be purchased via our sales system. In order to buy the ticket, select the “gift tickets’ option in the panel and fill in the recipient’s address. Tickets are mailed to the address provided, when payment is received.
When in season, gift tickets may also be purchased at the ticket offices during regular opening hours.
To use the Energy Pass, you must have a printed copy of it with you. You can purchase it online at https://ticket.energylandia.pl/en/products/electronic/2-527 or directly at any gift shop within the park.

We are not able to offer such tickets at this time. All of our tickets include the full benefits of taking unlimited advantage of all available attractions, all day. For visitors who do not wish or aren’t able to use the equipment, we offer some of our more mellow attractions, shows and animations.
With individual visits, reservations are not required. Every Guest is allowed access onto the Park’s premises.
The most comfortable outfit in the Park is sportswear. It is also advisable to wear sports shoes with laces and a head covering. When planning a visit to the Water Park, a swimsuit, towel, flip-flops and sunscreen are essential.
During the winter season, at Winter Kingdom, dress in layers. Choose close-fitting hats and protect your neck by tucking your scarf inside your jacket. We recommend ski clothing and accessories such as goggles with an elastic strap.
Yes! All persons up to and including 18 years of age can purchase an entrance ticket to the Park for a symbolic fee of 1 PLN on their birthday. This is a special gesture toward our youngest Guests.
Note! A photo ID confirming the birthday person’s date of birth must be presented at the time of purchase.

There is a parking lot in front of the park entrance, and the parking fee is 30 PLN for the whole day. Tour coaches can park free of charge.

Unfortunately, for safety reasons, we cannot permit dogs to access our premises. Please take this into consideration when coming for a visit and do not leave your dog by itself in the car while having fun at Energylandia!

For people with limited mobility, the accessibility of attractions depends on the type of disability. You are welcome to visit the Service Desk for Persons with Disabilities, where our specialist will guide you to attractions you will be able to use. The Service Desk is located at the main entrance to the Park.
SAFETY
For safety reasons and on reasonable grounds, the staff have the right to refuse a person, including minors, seniors, disabled or physically impaired persons, to use an attraction/equipment, due to their safety or the safety of others. (Item 14 of the Rules and Regulations of Energylandia Amusement Park). Therefore, it is vital to visit the Disability Service Desk beforehand.
It has been clarified that visually impaired people can use roller coasters.
In the individual offer, we do not provide a discount for caregivers of persons with disabilities. The discount is available only for group visits of more than 15 people.

Trailer parking tickets are available at the Park’s ticket offices, for 149 PLN/day, with power and water connection included in the price.
The yearly concession ticket is valid for one year from the date of purchase. The ticket holder has their photo taken on-site at the Park and receives the ticket. The yearly concession ticket is available to individuals under 140 cm in height on the day of purchase.
BUY AN ANNUAL TICKET ONLINE – You will receive a Coupon in an elegant package, which entitles you to receive an yearly ticket. The coupon must be registered at the individual ticket offices of the Park or at the points marked Yearly Tickets. The yearly ticket is a proximity card with a photo. For the convenience of our Guests, photos are taken on-site at the Park. Yearly tickets are valid for 365 days from the date of coupon registration, in accordance with the Park’s opening calendar, which is available on the website www.energylandia.pl in the plan your visit section. The coupon must be redeemed by 31.10.2026.
Yes, height is crucial for safety. Each attraction has a strictly defined minimum and maximum height requirement, which are mandatory. These limits result from technical standards and safety systems.
You can find the required height for a specific attraction on the information boards at the entrance, as well as on the park map and website.
For health and safety reasons, the use of attractions by pregnant women is prohibited.
We especially recommend the pools in the Water Park area and the shows and performances organized within the Park for expectant mothers.
