For the care and comfort of our guests, we have prepared an information guide that will help people with disabilities familiarize themselves with the conditions for using the attractions.
TICKETS FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES:
Discounted tickets for persons with disabilities can be purchased upon presentation of a valid disability card (or its duplicate), or the original medical assessment of the disability (only to the extent of necessary details confirming entitlement to use a discounted ticket).
Discounted tickets are also available for those who are injured, i.e. have a cast, splint or prosthesis.
ATTRACTIONS
For people with limited mobility, the accessibility of attractions depends on the type of disability. You are welcome to visit the Service Desk for Persons with Disabilities, where our specialist will guide you to attractions you will be able to use. The Service Desk is located at the main entrance to the Park.
SAFETY
For safety reasons and on reasonable grounds, the staff have the right to refuse a person, including minors, seniors, disabled or physically impaired persons, to use an attraction/equipment, due to their safety or the safety of others. (Item 14 of the Rules and Regulations of Energylandia Amusement Park). Therefore, it is vital to visit the Disability Service Desk beforehand.
It has been clarified that visually impaired people can use roller coasters.
INFRASTRUCTURE
Parking
The entire area of Energylandia Park is adapted for wheelchair users. We have dedicated parking spaces for cars of people with disabilities. Upon presentation of a parking card, parking is free of charge.
Toilets
Energylandia’s toilets are adapted for people with disabilities, these are available in all restaurants and locations shown on the map.
Medical Points
There are two medical points in the Park: next to the Water Park and at the main entrance to Dragon’s Lair.
