We would like to inform you that in accordance with Article 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27.04.2016, hereinafter: “GDPR”), insofar as you apply for a job: 

    1. The Administrator of your personal data is the owner of the Energylandia Family Amusement Park in Zator and a web service in the domain of www.energylandia.plEnergylandia Goczał Family sp. k. with its registered offices in Al. 3 maja 2, 32-640 Zator, KRS: 0000605098, NIP: 5511735768, e-mail: info@energylandia.pl, tel.: +48 (33) 486 15 00 (hereinafter referred to as: “Amusement Park”). The Administrator informs that he has appointed a Data Protection Officer who can be contacted by writing to the following e-mail address: iod@energylandia.pl or to the postal address of the Data Protection Officer: IOD ENERGYLANDIA, al. Płk. Beliny-Prażmowskiego 69/4, 31-514 Kraków.
    2. The processing of your data takes place for the purpose of recruitment (examination of your application and carrying out the employment process) for the position described above (or positions if you apply for more than one position). The basis for data processing is, respectively: in the case of applying for an employment contract: Article 6(1)(c) of the RODO in conjunction with Article 22(1) § 1 and § 3 of the Labour Code, and, if data other than those indicated in Article 22(1) § 1 of the Labour Code are processed – Art. 6(1) lit. a. or Art. 9(2) lit. a. of the GDPR – based on the candidate’s consent referred to in these GDPR provisions; in the case of applying for a contract of mandate: Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, to the extent that the data are necessary for taking action in relation to the recruitment process; and beyond that based on the candidate’s consent referred to in Article 6(1)(a. GDPR or Article 9(2)(a. GDPR. In addition, in both cases to check the candidate’s profile on social networks and publicly available registers on the basis of Article 6(1) (f. GDPR. The data in the application form may also be processed in the legitimate interest of the Administrator, only to the extent necessary, in order to establish/enforce rights or defend against claims related to the recruitment procedure in question based on Art. 6 (1) (f. GDPR.
    3. The candidate’s data will be kept up to thirty days after the recruitment for the position for which the candidate has applied, unless the candidate has given his/her consent to the use of the data for further recruitment (for the position indicated in the application), then the data will be kept up to thirty days after the end of the calendar year in which the job application was submitted by the candidate – which does not limit the rights of the candidate referred to in the point below.
    4. You have the right to request from the Administrator access to your personal data, to rectify, erase or restrict processing, or to object to processing, as well as the right to data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
    5. Where processing is based on Article 6(1)(a) or Article 9 (2) (a. GDPR – you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of your consent before its withdrawal.
    6. Providing personal data in a CV (or in a cover letter, if applicable) is voluntary, although necessary for the recruitment process, in accordance with Article 22(1) § 1 of the Labour Code, and the Administrator – in the case of a candidate for a contract of employment – has the right to ask the applicant for information on: name(s) and surname; parents’ names; date of birth; place of residence (postal address); educational background and previous employment history. Failure to provide data necessary for the recruitment process may result in the job application in question being left unprocessed and the data deleted in accordance with the principles of the GDPR and the points above.
    7. The administrator shall not make decisions by automated means.
