• Trained Staff – the attraction operators are experienced specialists who ensure everything runs smoothly. They will assist you in taking your seat, fastening your safety harness or belt, and confirming that you’re ready for the ride.
• Restrictions on Personal Items – loose items such as bags, phones, or glasses are not permitted on rollercoasters and other extreme attractions to prevent anything from falling during the ride. There is designated storage nearby for you to store these items safely.
• Access Rules for Attractions – each ride has specific height and age requirements, making the experience suitable for all participants.
